Steve explores his love of photography and the random aspects of art making with the Polaroid emulsion lift process. Hard to control captures and a unique image quality of Polaroid photography lend a etherial quality to the Float series. The process of emulsion transfer from film to paper adds additional interest of shape and sometimes deterioration and degradation of image shape and structure.
